The latest version of Commerce Starter Kit with my Payment Provider User Control is now available!
For you VB.Net developers, there is no version available. It seems they've stopped making two versions. If you have access to a good converter, then you can make a VB.Net version, otherwise you can try this one.
I used to be a VB.Net developer and I decided to try C# and I like it! At first it was a bit daunting, but after a while I got used to it and it's my primary language.
Sorry got off topic, I've tested the application and it works out of the box. If you have a CSK database already setup, you should just be able to change the connection strings in the web.config and launch it.
If you have any issues with the Payment Provider User Control just post any issues about it in my Forum. If you have issues with the CSK app, you should post those issues in the CSK Forums.
Again, if you just want to integrate it into your application that you've been working on, just download the appropriate language version from my Downloads page and follow the instructions in the install.txt. Essentially, you just need to replace the files in your CSK application with the ones in my download and it will be ready to go.
Of course if you need to implement your own payment provider that isn't already integrated, you'll have to build it and add the classes to the project.
Future Enhancements
I hope to add other functionality such as Google Checkout to the application and other little goodies.
I've contacted the folks at CSK to see if they could integrate my code into future releases and I haven't heard from them. Oh well.
Give me your Providers!
If you've built a provider that isn't included already and you wouldn't mind, send me the code so I can integrate it into my versions. I would like to continue to add providers as developers build them so if you need one, you just need to download the code from my site and you're ready to go.
That's it for now. I think I might have to sell my house, because today the Stock Market is presently down over 400 points! Yikes!
